Shipping & Collection
DELIVERY COSTS
We ship across Mainland UK and Worldwide using Royal Mail. Delivery costs will depend on your location and the size and weight of your order.
Orders are dispatched twice a week on a Tuesday and a Thursday. Orders are usually delivered in 1-2 working days from dispatch in England and Wales. Delivery times worldwide can vary. Please note that this isn’t a guaranteed delivery time, and on occasion it can take longer. If you are having any issues with your delivery, please do get in touch.
Please note that for international orders these may attract additional customs charges depending on your location.

COLLECTION
You can also opt to collect your order, simply check the “Store Pickup” option at checkout. Orders can be collected from our bar and wine shop, 40 Maltby Street, SE1 3PA.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is ready to collect. Please provide your order confirmation, order number, or full name upon collection.
Returns & refunds
If you wish to return your order or part of it please let us know within 48hrs of delivery. We do not accept returns of worn or used items. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 48hrs week of receipt and we can arrange collection and refund.

We take your data privacy very seriously and will never sell your data. We will only share your data when required by law and with organisations that provide essential services to process an order, i.e. delivery service and payment processing service. The details of our privacy policy are below.
